Has a love for learning and being pro active!
Tess started working in real estate when she was 13 years old. She’s been in real estate for over 20 years. She’s assisted realtors, helped investors, was an appraiser, and worked as the head of the recording department for a title company. She’s glad to have finally found her place as the Team Manager for The Wendy Slaughter Team and has been with the Team for over 13 years!
Outside of work, she stays busy doing what she loves – helping to make the world a better (and more environmentally friendly) place. Tess is a certified TreeKeeper, Weed Warrior, and Chair of the Bay-Wise Committee of the Baltimore City Master Gardeners.
