As an ARMY Veteran and mother of 5, Maria knows how to make things happen. With 20+ years of real estate experience, Maria has a comprehensive understanding of the home selling and buying process. As the Director of Client Services, Maria handles all of the team’s listings and transactions from contract to closing. She helps to handle the numerous details and unexpected hiccups along the way.
Maria’s results-oriented approach is based on high energy, hard work and a unique proactive attitude. Her cheerful and caring personality helps everyone stay on track, despite the potential stresses along the way. Maria’s goal is to keep everyone up to date and fully informed right up until closing.
Maria takes great pride in helping sellers showcase their homes to their fullest potential, guiding them through every step of the selling process to achieve the best possible outcome. Maria also enjoys working with buyers as a Buyer’s Agent. “I love getting to know their likes and dislikes as we tour properties, and I especially love seeing their eyes light up when they finally find the right house. I believe my ultimate success tomorrow depends on one factor - the quality of service I provide today.”
Maria was born and raised in Washington, DC and graduated from The Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore. In 2018, after being away for 36 years, Maria moved back to the DC/MD area. She has enjoyed getting reacquainted with the area especially since so much has changed since she lived here. In her spare time, Maria hosts Vision Board Workshops for groups and organizations. Maria lives in Ellicott City and is a big Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers Fan.
